Fleur Darkin Company is looking to recruit a motivated and organised person in the post of Company Administrator.

Fleur Darkin Company are delivering a second season tour of  “DISGO”  in Autumn 2010 and undertaking a significant research period at Bristol Old Vic and Laban London.You will be responsible for administrating the company’s second season tour of DISGO and organising the creation period of the company’s new show for Spring 2011. Responsibilities will include: tour booking, writing and checking contracts, booking rehearsal space and administrating all aspects of the DISGO Autumn tour (tour itinerary, travel and accommodation booking), basic book-keeping.This is an exciting time to join the Company, as following the completion of a high level strategic review, the company are becoming a charity and have appointed of a board of Directors. This change will lead to an increased momentum in touring and educational projects.The company is looking for an ambitious Administrator with a dynamic approach to making projects happen, and the vision to grow into a Managerial role. This position has the likely potential to develop into Company Manager. You will not be a clock-watcher or a passive worker, but a self-motivated details person, happy in an entrepreneurial environement where ideas and high-quality implementation are vital.You must have considerable experience within arts administration and a broad knowledge of professional practices and arts forms. Deadline for applications is the 25th August and interviews will be held on the 3 September.Please send hard copies of your resume and a covering letter explaining your suitability to the role to:
