Steph Elstob
Steph was born and grew up in South Shields, near Newcastle Upon Tyne and trained locally with Kathleen Burdon and Niall McMahon before moving to the Central School of Ballet.
Since graduating Steph has had a varied career dancing for New English Contemporary Ballet, Bermuda Civic Ballet, Balbir Singh Dance Company, Neville Campbell and extensive collaborations with Christopher Hampson. Steph danced with Michael Clark Company in the ‘Stravinsky’ triple bill, and recently worked with Will Tuckett on the creation of the new production, ‘Pleasure’s Progress.’
As well as her performing in dance, Steph also works as a freelance model. She has appeared in UK Vogue, in an Alexander McQueen spread for 10 Magazine and at London Fashion Week. Steph has varied screen experience including music videos for James Blunt music, More 4, Adidas and MTV.
